Note: Refund requests must be submitted through our official contact form or support email. Verbal requests cannot be processed.
Non-Refundable Situations
Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds in the following cases:
- Change of mind after the CV has been downloaded or exported
- Failure to cancel a subscription before the next billing cycle
- Dissatisfaction with CV content that was user-generated
- Inability to use the service due to user's technical limitations
- Violation of our Terms of Service resulting in account suspension
- Free trial periods that convert to paid subscriptions if not canceled
Important: Once you have downloaded or exported your CV, we consider the service to have been delivered, and refunds will not be granted for change of mind.
Subscription Cancellations
Subscriptions will not renew automatically at the end period.
- Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period
- No further charges will be applied after the current billing cycle
- You will retain access to all features until the subscription end date
How to Request a Refund

- If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days
Processing Time: Please note that while we process refunds quickly, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account depending on your financial institution.

We offer a 14-day satisfaction guarantee for one-time CV purchases. If you're not happy with the result, contact our support team for revisions or a refund.
Can I get a refund if I find a better service?
We don't offer refunds based on finding alternative services. However, if our service doesn't meet your expectations within the refund period, we'll honor our refund policy.
What if I accidentally purchased the wrong subscription?

Do you refund annual subscriptions?
